Chad Wesley Smith

Born at 10 pounds 3 ounces (most of which was his head), Chad Wesley Smith has been a Juggernaut since birth. Prior to founding Juggernaut Training Systems in 2009, Chad won 2 collegiate National Championships in the Shot Put. Since Juggernaut’s founding, Chad has gone on to be one of the most decorated strength athletes and coaches of the current era with accomplishments including 1055kg/2325# Total in Wraps, 1010kg/2226# Total in Sleeves, 2012 North American Strongman Champion which earned him his Pro Card and coaching numerous top athletes such as Marisa Inda, Andy Huang, Tee Popoola, Kevin Torres and Steve Gentili. Chad is committed to fighting the good fight as a coach and content creator, looking to dispel the bullshit surrounding training and strength sports and help enlighten and inform you with great information as part of The JuggLife Podcast.


Max Aita

Forged by the forests and snow of Montana, Max Aita aka Max Montana aka The Notorious M.A.X., Max is now one of the most respected coaches in strength. Max spent a great deal of his life squatting multiple max singles daily, so many max squats in fact that his given name, Cornelius, was eventually changed to the more fitting Maximum, ‘Max’ for short. Max has been involved in the sport of Weightlifting for 20 years and has trained under (in)famous coaches Steve Gough and Ivan Abadjiev. When a wrist injury ended his competitive weightlifting career, Max began his coaching career and also had a successful stint as a Powerlifter, squatting 335kg/738# at 100kg/220# in Wraps. Max serves as the Head Coach of Team Juggernaut and has guided the development of multiple American Record Holders in Weightlifting and World Record Holders in Powerlifting.
